Denali Zipline Tours wanted to redesign their website to improve the mobile experience and increase the tour booking conversion rate for all devices. The design had to be reflective of their previous site, which had strong branding elements, while complementing and leveraging traffic for a brand new sister company – Stoney Creek Canopy Tours in Seward.
Within 90 days of launch we saw improvement in user engagement and online ecommerce revenue.
Specifically for mobile users:
- A 20% reduction in bounce rate (users who land on the site and exit immediately)
- Average pages per session doubled
- A 28% increase in online reservations
- A 114% increase in online revenue
